Lessons Learned from Fire-Rescue Leaders
Insights for Every Leader

Leadership and management are not the same thing. Management is grounded in control, event, and imposition. Leadership is grounded in communication, process, and inspiration. When Fire-Rescue Leaders act like managers, there is a problem.
Fire & Rescue Leaders will learn how to motive themselves and create a motivational environment for others. This work addresses both strength-sculpting and weakness-chiseling. Leadership will be addressed as a culture, not a club-ocean, not a pool. There is a leader in everyone of us to be claimed and polished.
